Thank you for your decision to apply for admission to Capital University's MBA program. Please note the following:
- Complete this application and submit it with:
- $25 non-refundable application fee
- Current uploaded resume
- Uploaded application essay
- Mail the following to the Adult and Graduate Education Office:
- Transcript(s)
- Letters of reference
- GMAT report
Do not use staples to attach any items together.
- Please have official transcripts for all course work completed sent by the registrar of each college attended to the
Adult and Graduate Education Office. For planning purposes, transcript copies can be submitted
by the applicant and followed by official transcripts.
- Two letters of reference are to be submitted. Please use the MBA Recommendation forms (pdf). The letter writers should send the
completed forms independently to:

1 College and Main
Columbus, OH 43209-2394.
- The MBA Admissions Committee may request a personal interview before making a decision.
- If you are applying for admission to a joint degree program, you must apply to and be accepted in both programs.
