  7. Post-Professional Master of Science in Occupational Therapy

    3. Official transcript (s), indicating the year of graduation, from an Accreditation Council for Education of Occupational Therapy (ACOTE) accredited entry-level professional program
    4. Proof of initial certification by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
    5. Proof of licensure to practice (if applicable in the state of current practice)
    6. Verification of employment on at least a part time basis
    7. Two professional references
    8. A personal essay which sets forth learning objectives and applicability of those objectives to practice
  8. Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Occupational Therapy (Post-Professional)
