• Application with $20.00 non-refundable application fee (payable on-line via secure server at time of submission).
  
  
• Official High School Transcript with graduation date or Official GED Test Scores
  
  
• Proof of immunization against Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR): MMR #1 & MMR #2
  
  
• SAT or ACT scores for all incoming freshman; ALL college transcripts are required from students with previous college work
