ADMISSIONS PROCESS:

1. Submit a regular application for admission form.
2. Submit the supplemental Joint Enrollment for Degree Students application form (this form).
3. Take the SAT I and submit scores to BC.
4. Complete the COMPASS Placement Exam unless exempt due to SAT Recentered Verbal Score of 480 AND SAT Recentered Math Score of 440.
5. Submit an official copy of the high school transcript.
6. Submit a Certificate of Immunization Form.

ADMISSION CRITERIA FOR THE JOINT ENROLLMENT PROGRAM FOR DEGREE STUDENTS:

1. Be a junior or senior OR be at least 16 years of age.
2. Have at least a 3.0 grade point average or 80 numeric average in academic courses.
3. Submit an SAT I recentered combined minimum score of 970 or an ACT composite minimum score of 21. If any college courses (example English Composition or American History) are taken for college preparatory curriculum Carnegie Units to be assigned at the high school, a student must have a minimum SAT I Verbal recentered score of 530.
4. Have written approval of the high school principal or counselor (certified by signature below).
5. Have written approval of parent or guardian (certified by signature below).
6. Be "on track" regarding College Preparatory Curriculum Requirements in high school.
7. If tuition is to be paid by the PSO (Post Secondary Options Program), a Tuition Voucher must be signed by the counselor and submitted to Bainbridge College during registration.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO STUDENTS, PARENTS, AND COUNSELORS: As enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, some courses may be "closed out" prior to new student registration. Also, all grades earned will remain on the student's Bainbridge College academic permanent record and cannot be removed at any future time.
