An official transcript from each college attended must be sent to SCSU. A transcript is considered official when sent directly by the institutions you have attended to the Office of Records and Registration at SCSU. Documents mailed, faxed or brought by the student are not considered official. SCSU cannot consider your application until your official transcript is received.
ADMISSION AS A TRANSFER
Undergraduates transferring to SCSU are admitted to the University if they have maintained a 2.0 (4-point scale) or C average or above in all college work and have at least 12 transferable credits.
Post Secondary Enrollment Option (PSEO) credits cannot be counted in the 12 credits.
Admission to a major program is a separate process; requirements vary. Higher grade point averages and/or specific course requirements may apply. Students should contact the individual colleges and/or departments for more information.
