Application Timeline
Full consideration will be given to those students whose complete applications are submitted by the following dates. Students applying after January 15 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

An application is considered complete when we have received the following:
- Application for admission and scholarships
- Writing Sample
- Official high school transcript
- ACT or SAT results
- Extracurricular and personal activities
- Teacher recommendation
Timeline
| December 15 | Application deadline for Art, Music and Theater Scholarships. |
| January 15 | Application deadline for Regents'/Trustees' Scholarships. |
| March 15 | Recommended deadline to mail the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the CSB/SJU Financial Aid Application. These forms are required to apply for grants, student employment and loans. |
| May 1 | National response date. Admitted students have a place reserved in the incoming class until this date. Because of strong interest, CSB/SJU are unable to guarantee enrollment to students who deposit after May 1. |
Spring timeline for transfers students
| December 1 | Transfer students applying for the spring term must have all application materials on file in the Admission Office by December 1. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and accepted students are sent class registration materials after the $300 comprehensive deposit is received. Deposits for spring entrance are not refundable. |
