Acknowledge Receipt of Applications
This function allows you to acknowledge the applications you have retrieved and occurs after applications have been downloaded or printed.
To Acknowledge Applications from Print/Acknowledge:
1) Choose which applications you wish to acknowledge.
All the applications on this page have already been selected for acknowledgment (unless you have selected Unmark Results from Application
Search). This is indicated by the check mark (or x) in the box in the
left-most column. To exclude an application from the list to acknowledge, click inside this box, and the check (or x) disappears.
2) Click on the "Acknowledge Checked Applications" radio button at the
bottom of the screen.
3) Click Submit.
To Acknowledge Applications from Download Batch File/Acknowledge:

When you download applicant data, the applications are automatically
acknowledged. You do not need to take any additional steps.
Once our database is updated, a new page titled, "ApplyWeb Acknowledgement Results" appears. This page lists the applications you have acknowledged (or it may say they have previously been acknowledged). This is our server's message to you that the applicants' records have been updated. You can return to the Administrative Operations Menu by clicking that link.
