Coverage must be valid in the United States.

Immigration and Customs:

In order to obtain the appropriate visa, international students must present form I-20 or IAP-66, evidence of financial support, and a letter of acceptance from FAMU to the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Upon arrival in the U.S., the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) will request the student's passport, visa, and I-20 or IAP-66. An international student should enter the U.S. with F-1 or J-1 non-immigrant immigration status.
