If you were enrolled in the Graduate School at Ohio State with degree-seeking
or special status, do not use this application. You should not reapply
or send an application fee through the Graduate Admissions Office. To reenroll
or change programs, contact both your previous program and your intended
program for advice about your eligibility for further studies.
