2016 APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
The Foundation uses a consolidated application for the majority of its scholarships.
Each scholarship has specific eligibility restrictions (such as county of residence, high school attended, major, etc.).
Potential applicants must review the descriptions of each scholarship
to determine ones for which they are eligible before completing the application form. To be considered for a specific scholarship,
you will need to check the scholarship on the application (you may check more than one scholarship -
there is no limit to the number of scholarships for which you may apply as long as you meet the stated eligibility criteria).

The application deadline is March 3, 2016. All applications must be submitted by this date.
In addition to completing this online application, you must provide the following materials to the Foundation:
High school and/or post-secondary transcripts (the transcript does not need to be an official copy but must be in the same format as an official transcript;
if you are a current college student, you must submit both high school and college transcripts).
The high school transcript should include grades from the first nine week grading period of the 2015-2016 school year.
- Student Aid Report, showing estimated family contribution, from FAFSA.
Within the application form, you will have an opportunity to upload these documents, if you have them available in an electronic format.
However, you are not required to upload these documents; you may mail these documents to the Foundation at:

Please note that your application will not be complete until these materials are received, either electronically or by mail.
Any documents sent via mail must be postmarked by March 3, 2016.
Incomplete applications cannot be considered. We will notify you, one way or the other, about the outcome of your application no later than the end of June.
To begin the application process, you must first create an account by clicking below, then you can proceed to complete the online application.
You may start an application, save it, and then return to finish and submit it later. To do so, click on the save button on each page as you work through the application and before exiting.
To return to your application, return to the "Find Scholarships" section of the Foundation's web site, www.pacfwv.com,
and click on the link to the online application. Then click on "Start or Finish an Application." You must remember your user name and password to return to your application.
When you are satisfied that your application is complete, you must click on the "Submit" button on the last page of your application.
After you submit your application, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this email, then your application has not been submitted.
