Application fees and Pacific University transcripts are waived for Pacific University graduates.


MASTER OF ARTS IN TEACHING - FIFTH YEAR, FLEX, AND WOODBURN STEM PROGRAMS
  • Pacific University College of Education Application Form
  • TSPC Character Questions (included in the application)
  • Resume highlighting your experience with children/youth
  • Proof of passing scores on a basic skills test (NES EAS, CBEST, Praxis Core Academic Skills, or WEST-B)
  • One official transcript from each college/university attended
  • Three letters of evaluation/recommendation (forms provided) from
    • A professor/instructor who had you as a student
    • An employer/supervisor
    • Someone who has observed you with children/youth
  • Two page essay on an education topic or issue of your choice
  • $35 application fee

MASTER OF ARTS IN TEACHING SPECIAL EDUCATION PROGRAM
  • Pacific University College of Education Application Form

    • Administrators/Supervisors

ESOL Endorsement for STEM Teachers (EL STEM)

Add-On Endorsements /Authorizations - Candidates adding an endorsement and/or authorization do not use this application. Instead, submit:

  • Personal Statement with professional goals
  • Current resume
  • Copy of teaching license
  • One official transcript from each college/university attended
  • One letter of evaluation/recommendation (form provided) from
    • Administrator/Supervisor

MASTER OF ARTS IN EDUCATION (non-licensure program)
