1. Complete the online application form and essay. Submit it along with a $25 nonrefundable application fee or an appropriate application fee waiver request via secure server.



2. In addition, please submit to the Office of Admissions, Siena College, 515 Loudon Road, Loudonville, New York 12211-1462:
   • official transcripts from all colleges attended
   
   
   
   • official high school transcript or an official copy of a General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
   
   
   
   • completed Transfer Recommendation Form from an appropriate college official (see form) at current college or college most recently attended (if within last three years)
   
   
   
   • if applicable, official reports of all CLEP Tests and copies of all Advanced Placement (AP) Examinations



3. Applicants who wish to pursue a second degree or are applying to a certificate program only, will need to complete the "Special Student Application." It may be requested from the Siena College Admissions Office by calling (518) 783-2423 or (888) AT-SIENA.
