A $35 (non-refundable) application fee must accompany the undergraduate
application. The fee is payable on-line.

New freshmen must request official high school transcripts, GED or HSED
scores be sent directly to the Silver Lake College Admissions Office.

Transfer students with 30 transferable college credits need not submit
a high school transcript.

Transfer and teacher license students must submit official college transcripts
from all institutions attended.

Teacher certification students must submit a copy of their initial teaching
license and complete a Silver Lake College Teacher License form.
