• A $35 (non-refundable) application fee must accompany the undergraduate application. The fee is payable on-line.
• New freshmen must request official high school transcripts, GED or HSED scores be sent directly to the Silver Lake College Admissions Office.
• Transfer students with 30 transferable college credits need not submit a high school transcript.
• Transfer and teacher license students must submit official college transcripts from all institutions attended.
• Teacher certification students must submit a copy of their initial teaching license and complete a Silver Lake College Teacher License form.
