The Technical College of the Lowcountry is an Open Enrollment institution, which means that as long as you are a legal citizen of the United States and have a High School Diploma, GED, or are able to demonstrate that you have the "Ability to Learn"
through the college's Placement test, then you can enroll. All applications will be considered.
There is not a fee or charge for this application (effective 11/01/2010).

The Technical College of the Lowcountry requires the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for applicants who wish to receive some form of need-based financial aid, including the South Carolina Lottery Tuition Assistance. By completing the
FAFSA, a student applies for federal, state, and institutional aid. The FAFSA may be obtained from the Technical College of the Lowcountry Financial Assistance Office, or online at http://www.fafsa.gov.
